GROUPON Instructions

Thank you for purchasing a voucher for 2-for-1 tickets through Groupon. To redeem your voucher for seats to one of our upcoming main stage or studio stage shows, please follow these instructions.

On Wednesday, June 8th, ONLINE RESERVATIONS will be available for those that purchased a voucher through GROUPON. This online reservation system will allow you to reserve tickets and choose your seats for an upcoming show.

The voucher is good for The Great American Trailer Park Musical, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, or A 1940s Radio Christmas Carol. All shows are reserved seating.

  • Click Here to log onto our secure online ticketing site.
  • Choose the show and date that you would like to attend.
  • If you chose a main stage show, you will be asked to select your seats either through 'Select Seats' or 'Best Available'.
  • Enter 2 in 'Quantity' for Adult Advance tickets for the show and date you have selected.
  • Hit 'Find' or 'Add To Cart'.
  • You may then need to click 'View Shopping Cart' to continue.
  • In the Shopping Cart the two tickets will show up as 'Adult Advance $17(+1.50 Fee)'.
  • Type in the last 6 characters of your GROUPON Voucher number (e.g. 073-XB [three numbers, hyphen, two uppercase letters]) EXACTLY where it asks you to 'Enter Promotional Code' and hit 'Checkout'.
  • If you don't already have a Tix.com account, you will be asked to create an accout with Tix.com to complete your order.
  • Type in your e-mail address and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter your name, address, day & evening phone, email, and password.
  • After you have created your account, hit Continue through the donation and delivery method pages.
  • Finally at the Payment Information page, you should see your two seats for $0. There is no need to enter your credit card number here. If entered correctly, your Groupon voucher will zero out the ticket cost.
  • Please input the 8 digit bar code in the "ORDER NOTES" textbox or print out your voucher and bring it with you to the theater.
  • Click 'Complete using Secure Connection'.
  • This should give you a confirmation number for your reservation.
  • You can print out your confirmation number and bring it to the theater with your GROUPON Voucher on the night of performance.
